Admissions
College admission software, from enquiry to enrolment
Take applications, check documents, publish merit lists and confirm admissions, ending in an enrolled student and a fee challan.
The usual way
Where admission work goes wrong
-
Enquiries live in sheets
Walk-ins, calls and forms sit in different places, and counsellors lose track of who was followed up.
-
Documents are chased by hand
Certificates arrive over WhatsApp and email, and nobody is sure what is still missing.
-
Merit lists are built the night before
Ranking happens in a spreadsheet, with no record of how the list was made.
-
Admission and fees run apart
The admission is confirmed in one place, and the fee is checked in another.

Tuling Admissions is a desk of the Tuling ERP. Enquiries and counsellor follow-up live in Tuling CRM, which hands accepted applicants over. The admission fee goes to Accounts through Tuling Financials, and the enrolled student continues in Tuling SIS. See the full Tuling Admissions page.

Questions
College admission software, answered
What is college admission software?
It is software that runs a college's admission cycle: enquiries, applications, documents, merit lists, fee collection and enrolment.
Is it the same as an admission CRM?
No. A CRM handles enquiries and follow-up. Tuling CRM does that as a separate app, and Tuling Admissions handles applications, merit lists, challans and enrolment inside the ERP. They connect, and either runs without the other.
Can applicants apply online?
Yes. Applicants apply online, and staff can enter an application at the desk for a walk-in.
Does it do merit lists?
Yes. It builds merit lists and keeps a trail of how each list was made.
What happens when an admission is confirmed?
The fee challan goes to Accounts, the admission number is issued and the student record is activated.
Does it handle readmission?
Yes. Returning and detained students go through readmission requests.
Does it support the DPDP Act?
It records applicant privacy consent before applicant data and documents are processed.
