Tuling Creative Hub is the education and workforce platform brand of Kinetixbase Lab Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We operate tulingcreativehub.com and provide multi-tenant software and services to schools, colleges, and universities.
For platform customers, your institution is typically the data fiduciary for student, employee, and operational records stored in your tenant. We act as a data processor when handling that data on your instructions. For website visitors and sales enquiries, we are the data fiduciary for the information described below.
2. Information we collect
Website and marketing
- Contact details you submit — name, email, phone, institution name, role, and message content via demo or contact forms
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited (see Cookies below)
- Communications — emails, call notes, and support tickets when you contact sales or support
Platform (tenant data)
Data processed inside your institution's Tuling tenant — such as employee records, student records, payroll, fees, documents, and audit logs — is controlled by your institution. We process it only to provide, secure, and support the platform under our agreement with you.
3. How we use information
- Respond to demo requests, sales enquiries, and support tickets
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Tuling platform and professional services
- Send service-related notices, security alerts, and implementation updates
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms
- Analyse aggregated, de-identified usage to improve product quality (not to sell personal data)
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis (DPDP Act)
Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies, we rely on consent, legitimate uses permitted by law, and contractual necessity — depending on whether you are a website visitor, a contact at a prospective customer, or an authorised user of an institution's tenant.
5. Data retention
Website enquiry data is retained as long as needed for sales follow-up and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymised. Tenant data is retained per your institution's agreement and retention policy, and deleted or returned upon contract termination subject to backup cycles and legal hold requirements.
6. Sharing and sub-processors
We may share data with:
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers (India-region where applicable)
- Email, messaging, and support tooling providers
- Professional advisers where required by law
- Authorities when legally compelled
Sub-processors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. Institutions may request sub-processor information during vendor review.
7. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures including tenant isolation, access controls, encryption in transit, backups, and audit logging. See our Security & compliance page for an overview.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or erase personal data we hold about you as a website contact
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority
For data stored in an institution's tenant, contact your institution first — they are the fiduciary. Institutions may submit data subject requests to us at support@tulingcreativehub.com.
9. Cookies

10. International transfers
Primary hosting for institutional tenant data is in India. If limited support or tooling involves processing outside India, we apply appropriate safeguards and disclose this during vendor assessment.
11. Children
Our marketing website is directed at institutional decision-makers, not children. Student data in the platform is processed on behalf of educational institutions in accordance with their policies and applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
