Tuling HCM module

Employee Relations & Disciplinary Actions

An event-sourced employee lifecycle — probation, promotion, absconding, resignation, and disciplinary letters — all real workflows, not email threads.

About this module

The hardest part of HR isn’t the routine cases — it’s probation extensions, absconding staff, resignations that get retracted, and the exit process that needs to be handled correctly every time. Tuling HCM treats the entire employee lifecycle as an event-sourced state machine: every transition is a recorded event, not a status field someone can silently overwrite, and the documents that come out of these situations — warning letters, experience letters, relieving letters — are generated automatically and stored centrally, not typed up from a Word template each time.

Capabilities

  • Event-Sourced Lifecycle State Machine

Every lifecycle transition — offer, onboard, activate, suspend, reactivate, terminate — is a tracked event, not a status field silently overwritten. You can see exactly what happened to an employee's record and when.

  • Probation Review Workflow

A defined probation period with review, extend, confirm, or fail actions — not an informal "let's just extend it" conversation with nothing on record.

  • Absconding Management

Flag, escalate, and regularize absconding cases through a real workflow — a genuinely difficult HR situation handled with process, not guesswork.

  • Resignation Submit / Accept / Retract

Employees can submit a resignation, HR can accept it, and — if plans change — it can be retracted, all tracked through the same lifecycle system.

  • Automated Warning Letters

Warning letters are generated (HTML to PDF), stored in the centralized document store, and emailed to the employee automatically — a real, working document-generation service, not a manual Word template.

  • Offboarding Checklist & Documents

A structured offboarding checklist alongside automated experience letters, relieving letters, and Full & Final settlement statements — the exit process is a workflow, not a series of emails someone has to remember to send.
