Make a working day a week-off and another day the replacement, by staff category, with the swap recorded so attendance and pay follow it.

Assign employees to a different shift for a date range; the shift reverts automatically when the range ends.

Deduction reversal requests
Staff raise a request to reverse an attendance-based deduction, and HR reviews it with the reason on record.
